Fàtima Bentoldrà - person

I define myself as a worked woman. I feel full, serene, capable. Free and happy. I am positive and I like to be surrounded by people who inspire me every day. Self-knowledge and managing emotions have been key to achieving this.

 

I am also an adventurous-traveler who loves nature. The selfies make me smile and the routes through remote places are my favorites. Practicing yoga daily tunes me with my inner self and helps me control my thoughts and emotions.

My facet as a coach begins after a turning point in my professional career and in my personal life in which I discover that people function and create healthy bonds only if we know ourselves emotionally. This is my why.

 

And when I found it I decided to focus on helping other people in emotional management combining it with the teaching Fàtima. I teach classes in public and concerted education (primary, secondary and training cycles) as well as courses in institutions.
